BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO PT. SUPERSOFT
PT. Supersoft Sistemindo was incorporated in 1991 to provide quality solutions in system accountancy to Indonesia’s fast growing companies. As SunSystems agent we have helped developed what may be the largest group of packaged accounting software users in Indonesia, with an installation base of more than eighty sites at the end of 1995.
Today the relatively small size of our support team testifies for our high quality implementation. Our team of eight support personnel is fully capable of supporting most local users. However, in line with controlled plan we are continually building on our support team. All our support persons are qualified accountants with real-world experience in supporting SunSystems installations. We hold regular training classes on all SunSystem modules for our clients’ benefits and peace of mind.
PT Supersoft does not belong to any group of companies and beside Sunsystems financial and distribution software product, we offer only one other package: the HRPS Human Resource and Payroll Systems. The robust HRD and payroll solution has a facility to provide direct transfer to SunSystems’ Ledger Accounting module and includes 16 modules that cover Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraising, Loan Tracking and Payroll functionalities. We aim to concentrate on provision of superior products and support services to our clients to help our users operate more efficiently.

Your systems may be designed to (Completely) match your requirements and we will help you in showing how to design an effective solution using the facilities embedded in the software. We create interfaces so users may keep existing third party (Front-Office) solutions. SusSystems has client-server versions that allow user of Oracle, MS-SQL server or Sybase compatible tools. Its data files could be accessed using other tools and applications, in many supported platforms. For a serious business solution this is a very hard to find, flexible and open, architecture. Users of our solutions are no longer limited by and specific hardware and/or database environment.
Custom add-on modules may be designed and written to help handle very specific industry needs and to help you keep your traditional ways of doing business. Certified third-party applications can provide some effective solutions to improve your day-to-day processing efficiency. And after being tested for over 6 (Six) years in a major multi-national bank, the HRPS payroll systems has proven itself to be dependable and was built specifically for Indonesian Market. We write any interfacing utilities between SunSystems modules and third party products to help SunSystems users reduce data-entry time and potential keying errors. We have developed a tested implementation methodology, and experienced team provide fail proof support both at and after implementation time.
In areas beyond our normal scope of operation, we worked with some reputable hardware vendors and professional consulting firms. These services included hardware systems sizing and installation, hardware and software benchmarking, business systems re-engineering. Technical training in operating systems, client-server joint-solutions, technical training in programming languages, and custom solutions development.
